Post1: What is a well designed "web based learing environment"

Today, In this lecture, we're learning an effective web based learing environment should be include four perspectives: learner-centered, knowledge-centered, assessment-centered and community-centered.

“Learner centered environments” this is refer to the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs that learners bring to the educational setting.

"Knowledge-centered environments" this is refer to take seriously the need to help students become knowledgeable by learning in ways that lead to understanding and subsequent transfer.

"Assessment-centered" this is refer to provide opportunities for feedback and revision.

"Community-centered" this is refer are several aspects of community, including the community of the classroom, the school, and the connections between the school and the larger community, including the home.
